Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 September 2026

These terms explain what Wholecares does, what it does not do, and who you enter into a contract with when you travel for treatment. Please read them alongside our Website Use terms, our Privacy & Cookie Policy, and our Complaints Procedure.

1. Who we are

Wholecares is the trading name of WholeCares Partners Limited, an international medical tourism facilitator registered in England and Wales (company number 17398140, registered office: Unit 6 DBS, Cambridge Road Industrial Estate, Milton, Cambridge, CB24 6AZ, United Kingdom). Wholecares is not a healthcare provider. It does not perform procedures, does not operate clinical facilities, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. WholeCares Partners Limited is not registered with the Care Quality Commission.

2. What we do

We facilitate access to treatment provided by independent, internationally accredited partner hospitals, clinics, and clinicians in Istanbul, Turkey. Our role is coordination and support:

3. What we do not do

4. Website content is not medical advice

All content on this website - including articles, guides, FAQs, and cost information - is for general information only and does not constitute medical advice. Treatment decisions must always be made in consultation with a qualified medical professional who has assessed your individual circumstances. Cost figures shown are indicative market ranges, not quotations; your written quotation may differ following medical assessment.

5. Who you contract with

Your treatment contract is with the partner hospital, not with Wholecares. The hospital issues the written quotation, provides the treatment and any accommodation and transfers described in that quotation, and sets its own terms and conditions, which are supplied to you with the quotation. Those terms govern your treatment, including its cancellation and refund provisions.

Wholecares is not a party to that contract. Where we prepare a quotation document on a hospital's behalf, the document says so and names the hospital as the contracting party.

6. Quotations, prices, and payment

7. What is not included

Unless your written quotation says otherwise, the following are not included and are not arranged, booked, or sold by Wholecares:

8. Medical Complication Insurance

Where a medical complication insurance policy is arranged for you before travel, it operates under the terms and limits of that individual policy document, which is provided to you. The policy document prevails over any summary on this website.

9. Your responsibilities

10. No guarantees

All procedures carry potential risks, which you should discuss with your clinician during consultation. Results vary between people; individual outcomes are not guaranteed. Wholecares gives no clinical guarantee and does not warrant any treatment outcome. Any guarantee, warranty, or revision policy described in a quotation is the hospital's and is administered by the hospital.

11. If something goes wrong

Concerns about clinical care, the procedure itself, or anything the hospital provided are raised with the hospital, which is responsible for them. Concerns about our own coordination and communication are raised with us. We will also help you put a clinical concern to the hospital and follow it up. Our Complaints Procedure explains how, and what to expect.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability relates to our own facilitation and coordination service. Clinical care, its outcomes, and the services the hospital supplies are the responsibility of the hospital and its clinicians under your contract with them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence apply. Your contract with the hospital may contain its own governing-law terms, which prevail for treatment services.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you contact us is the version that applies. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
