1. Who we are

Wholecares is a London-based international medical tourism facilitator. We arrange and coordinate medical treatment packages delivered by independent, internationally accredited partner hospitals, clinics, and surgeons in Istanbul, Turkey. Wholecares is not a healthcare provider and does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Website content is not medical advice

All content on this website — including articles, guides, FAQs, and cost information — is for general information only and does not constitute medical advice. Treatment decisions must always be made in consultation with a qualified medical professional who has assessed your individual circumstances. Cost figures shown are indicative ranges; your personal quote may differ based on medical assessment.

3. Our role in your treatment

• We coordinate consultations, quotes, travel logistics, accommodation, interpreters, and aftercare scheduling as described in your package agreement.
• Medical procedures are performed by, and are the clinical responsibility of, the partner hospital and its medical team.
• Eligibility for any procedure is determined by the treating medical team, not by Wholecares.

4. Quotes, payments, and changes

Package quotes are prepared after your medical assessment and are valid for the period stated in the quote. Payment terms, cancellation terms, and what is included in your package are set out in the written package agreement you receive before booking. Prices may be adjusted only for medically justified reasons identified during pre-operative assessment, as described in our No Hidden Costs Assurance.

5. Medical Complication Insurance

Where included, Medical Complication Insurance operates under the terms and limits of the relevant policy document provided with your package agreement. The policy document prevails over any summary on this website.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete medical information during assessment — incomplete disclosure can affect eligibility, safety, and insurance coverage.
• Follow the pre-operative and post-operative instructions given by the treating medical team.
• Hold valid travel documents and comply with entry requirements of the destination country.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, Wholecares' liability is limited to its role as facilitator and coordinator as set out in your package agreement; clinical outcomes are the responsibility of the treating hospital and medical team.

8. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to Wholecares and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence apply. Your package agreement may contain its own governing-law terms, which prevail for treatment services.
